Rent Minor Park or the Schoolhouse

Rentals are not confirmed or finalized until all paperwork and fees have been received.

Minor Park rental & deposit fees

Please make one check for the deposit and one for the rental fee. The deposit check will be returned if there are no damages and no additional fees due.

Download and print the Park rental application and return it with the applicable payment as indicated on the application. We accept money orders, cashier's checks, and cash.

Little Red Schoolhouse rental & deposit fees

Terms & rules of use

Renters must agree to abide by the rules outlined in the rental application, including:

• No open flames inside the Schoolhouse.
• Alcohol is permitted with proper notification; ACIL may require additional insurance.
• The renter is responsible for cleanup, trash removal, and any damages.
• Music and amplified sound must comply with local noise ordinances.
• All deposits must be received before the event date.
